VEHICLES, PARKING AND GARAGES. Roomers shall park vehicles only in designated parking spaces. Roomer shall not allow any vehicles to park or stand in No Parking Area, lawn, along driveways, curbs, on sidewalks, ramps, or fire lane, even for brief loading and unloading. Roomer shall not allow any washing, repair or storage of any motor vehicle on the Premises. Without written consent of Landlord, Roomer shall not park or allow any occupant of Roomer’s Unit to park a motor vehicle in the parking lots associated with the Unit which do not meet the following standards: It is operable, it is currently licensed, it is a passenger vehicle no larger than an 8-passenger van, and it is in a safe and presentable condition. No boats, trailers, etc… Roomers are responsible for informing their guests of parking restrictions. Cars or trucks shall not be driven or parked on the lawns for any purpose including moving. Any damages resulting there from shall be assessed against the offending Roomer. A. Un-assigned Spaces: There are a limited number of parking spaces overall. Roomer agrees to a limited number of vehicles; the number of vehicles parked by Roomer or in association with a Unit should not exceed the number of bedrooms rented. B. Parking lots will be patrolled by the towing company to remove vehicles that are not parked correctly. All Towing is at the vehicle owner’s expense. Warnings or tickets will not precede towing so that immediate removal and compliance may be achieved. C. Rental Storage: Garages and extra Parking: 1. Full year: Full year rental storage pricing is for the term of the apartment lease. 2. Any termination of the Agreement shall automatically terminate the rental of any storage, garage, or extra parking.
